Experience your love of the islands through the eyes of acclaimed artist, Shari Erickson

Have we met?  Were you on the beach in front of Johnno’s to celebrate the Anguilla Regatta?  Maybe that snorkel spot off the point of Scilly Cay?  If you treasure your colorful visits to the West Indies, Bahamas or Florida Keys as much as I do, then we actually may have crossed paths.  It’s a small world, especially on a small island.

I’ve worked hard over the years to capture that feeling of PLACE that you and I both respect and remember.  I’m proud to share with you the beautiful results of my labor of love.  You should especially appreciates the vignettes of people and places that are disappearing.

So, welcome to my tropical Art Gallery. Take my tour of the real Caribbean.

Shari Erickson's Art Studio

ABOUT THE STUDIO

Welcome to my tropical art gallery – the largest online collection of original Caribbean paintings that celebrates the color, culture and cadence of the sunny islands.  I have authorized, produced and approved these highest quality versions of my studies.  Reproductions are available in a variety of sizes, mediums, and prices. On request, I can offer My  fluctuating inventory of original oil paintings ($800 – $14,000 each).

My “island” of residence is a mountain top in Western North Carolina. Although I spend as much time as possible visiting my friends throughout the Caribbean, my studio/home is a cabin in the Nantahala National Forest. Perched on Terrapin Mountain at 4,000 feet elevation, there’s not much to distract my creative efforts except eagles, panthers and bears.

Remember that from my studio I can reproduce almost any image from this gallery on stretched canvas.   I will also consider original commissions and pet portraits.  Contact me for custom quotes on special sizes and media. I will also consider original commissions and Pet Portraits.
